Deluxe Cabin
The Maharajas’ Express has the most luxurious cabins of any International Luxury Tourist Train. The Lavish Interiors, a distinct theme supplemented by the most recent International safety features such as an Electronic smoke detection system, CCTV, and Pneumatic suspension for superior ride comfort, will make your Luxury palace on wheels train journey the most comfortable you’ve ever had.
The Deluxe Cabin train coaches are named after the precious gems Firoza (Torquoise), Hakik (Agate), Katela (Amethyst), Beruz (Aquamarine), and Pitoniya (Bloodstone) to reflect the lavishness present in the Luxury Journey tour packages. The train has 20 Deluxe Cabins, 12 of which are twin-bedded and 8 of which are double-bedded.
Junior Suite
The coaches of Junior suites are named after precious gems such as Moti (Pearl), Panna (Emerald), Manik (Ruby), Gomed (Hessonite), Moonga (Coral), and Pukhraj (Sapphire), indicating the lavishness present in the overall experience provided by luxury Palace on Wheels tour packages.
The train has 18 Junior suites, 12 of which are twin beds and 6 of which are double beds. All of the suites have large panoramic windows, allowing you to take in the sights and sounds of India as you travel by train. All passenger carriages have air conditioning, the first of its kind in India, and cutting-edge amenities such as Live Television, DVD players, and Wi-Fi Internet to keep you entertained during your train journey. Each train car has a mini-pantry and a valet to provide a service.
Suite
The Maharajas’ Express never fails to impress with its depiction of India’s splendors. In 220 square feet, the suite room redefines luxury. Suites train coaches are named after the precious gems Heera (Diamond) and Neelam (Blue Sapphire) to reflect the luxury and splendors available on board.
All four suites have double beds and large panoramic windows, allowing you to take in every bit of Indian grandeur on your train journey. Each coach has a mini-pantry and is manned by a valet to provide attentive and prompt service.
Suite rooms include additional amenities such as a complimentary mini-bar and a bathtub. The suite fare includes a complete language-speaking guide and a luxury car during the trip.
Presidential Suites
The Maharajas’ Express, a nearly half-mile-long train, redefines luxury and comfort among all first-class tourist trains. It recreates the lifestyle of an Indian princely era and offers an international taste of opulence. This first-class tourist train’s Presidential Suite has 448 square feet of cabin space and is the only one of its kind among international trains. It truly is a palace on wheels.
The Presidential suite, Navratana (nine precious gems), has a living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The Presidential suite guests have an exclusive 24-hour personal valet to provide attentive and luxurious service. This luxury Palace on Wheels has the most recent international features.
